At Omoraa, your satisfaction is our top priority! Every product is carefully inspected and securely packed before it leaves our facility. However, if something isn’t quite right, we are happy to assist you with an exchange.
Please Note

Do not accept the parcel from the courier if it appears tampered with or opened.

We accept exchange requests within 48 hours of delivery.

If you have received a wrong or defective item, or if you want to exchange because you didn’t like the product, we are here to help!
Exchange Details

Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

To qualify, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Our quality team will inspect and verify the returned item. Omoraa reserves the right to reject an exchange request if the product is found to be used, damaged, or tampered with.

If the product was delivered defective or if you received the wrong item, simply contact us for an easy exchange — no extra charge.

If the customer wishes to exchange because they did not like the product:

A reshipping charge of ₹135 (prepaid) applies.

The return courier must be arranged by the customer.

Once return shipment proof is shared and payment is completed, we will promptly dispatch your replacement item.

How to Request an Exchange

Share clear photos/videos of the product received.

Once verified, our team will confirm your exchange and guide you through the next steps.
Important Notes
We are unable to process exchanges for items that:

Have been used or damaged after delivery

Were ordered in the wrong size or model by mistake

Are returned without prior approval from our support team
Warranty Claim
For products covered under warranty, Omoraa offers a one-time exchange during the warranty period, subject to product condition and verification.
